ACTIVE DIRECTORY
Full support for Active Directory with a User Rights Module. This means that individual users can be assigned different rights from full administrator downwards. For example, interview summarisers can be given audio-only rights to video interviews - this saves the unnecessary network carriage of streamed video content.

TRANSCRIPTION
Via a secure login (see Active Directory), interview summarisers can now access an interview within minutes of it ending. Using a unique online workflow tool, interviews can be retrieved in seconds using a variety of search criteria and the playback of the interview controlled via a discreet footpedal/ Once the interview documentation has been completed, the document can be ‘attached' to the recording or alternatively posted to a 3rd party application.

DOWN STREAM MONITORING
Again via a secure login, interviews can be securely accessed across the network. Cables no longer need to be run into an adjacent room - interviewing officers can access the room in question, and their ‘presence' made clear on the screen in the interview room via an onscreen message. Bookmarks can be added in real time by those monitoring the interview. |

VOICE TO TEXT TRANSCRIPTION
Whilst not 100% accurate, the optional VTT (voice to text) module delivers many benefits when used in conjunction with Indico Streaming Server. Key words can be quickly identified and the corresponding point in the recording found. VTT is a natural and complimentary technology to Indico Streaming Server which will deliver significant time savings over traditional searching techniques.
